My name is Monta sir Benali

I hold the belief that a world that is more positive is necessary. A world where individuals feel motivated to start their day, move through it joyfully and contentedly, and experience a sense of pride in their accomplishments at the end of the day. A world where people are enthusiastic about going to work, just as they are enthusiastic about spending their Saturday evenings.

According to Gallup research from July 2020 roughly half of the employees in the US are NOT engaged. They are psychologically unattached to their work and company. They’re also on the lookout for better employment opportunities and will quickly leave their company for a slightly better offer.

To combat these statistics, I assist small and medium-sized businesses in flourishing by establishing a culture that encourages professionals to remain dedicated and take ownership, allowing them to attain more balance and fulfillment in their lives.

I provide professionals with personalized guidance through one-on-one or group sessions, as well as through e-mails, webinars, and worksheets. My goal is to help individuals establish meaningful goals that align with their top values, achieve balance in their lives so they can prioritize what’s important to them, set boundaries with time-wasting activities, and delegate tasks with grace.

Furthermore, I assist professionals in cultivating the skill set and mindset of a high performer by teaching them how to be present and aware. This is accomplished through one-on-one coaching and group workshops.

With over 20 years of experience in a globally-focused sales atmosphere, I have provided guidance to numerous Fortune 500 companies and European governments both as a team member and leader.

I aid companies in establishing a supportive work atmosphere and culture for both their managers and employees, promoting continuous outstanding performance through inspiration and dedication, avoiding excessive hours, exhaustion, and stress.

 

Throughout my experience, I have mentored teams to achieve high levels of motivation and productivity, enabling them to consistently deliver results and provide efficient services to our partners and customers in both the EMEA and APAC regions.

Throughout my career, I have led and facilitated workshops in both the EMEA and US markets and was honoured with a “Making A Difference” global award in Las Vegas.
