I believe that we need a more positive world, where we all feel motivated to get out of bed in the morning and go through the day happy and content, and feel proud at the end of the day with what we have accomplished. A world where everyone is excited to go to work in the same way they are excited to spend their Saturday evenings.


According to Gallup research from July 2020 roughly half of the

employees in the US are NOT engaged. They are psychologically unattached to their work and company. They're also on the lookout for better employment opportunities and will quickly leave their company for a slightly better offer.


According to the stress research in Denmark (in Danish) ;

35.000 employees are on sick leave due to psychologic stress

at work and 500.000 employees feel burned out due to stress.


To fight those figures; I help small and medium sized companies to thrive by creating a culture, where professionals

stay committed and take ownership by getting more balance and fulfillment in their life


Through a series of one-on-one or group sessions, e-mails, webinars, and worksheets i teach professionals  how to create goals that are in alignment with their top values, balance their life so there is space for everything that is important to them, set limits with activities that are time wasters, and delegate with elegance

 

In addition, I show professionals how to be present and aware to create the skill set and mindset of a high performer.  I do this through one-on-one coaching and group workshops.


My professional experience:


With over 20 years of work in an international sales-oriented environment consulting Fortune 500 companies and several European governments both as a contributor and leader,

one of my biggest strengths is communicating with and understanding people with different backgrounds and cultures.

During my years at Cisco I have coached teams and made sure they were top motivated and productive where we were able to provide a more efficient service to our partners and customers across EMEA and APAC.


During these years I received an internal global award for "making a difference".
